This Insa is an excellent dispensary. It was easy to enter with a wheelchair, as long as someone held the door open. The staff was wonderful - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was our first time purchasing in Connecticut, we usually purchased in Massachusetts, and the laws governing how much you can buy at one time etc. The staff was aware of the differences and explained them perfectly. In short, this will now be our dispensary go-to!

Such wonderful people. I have yet to meet anyone there that is not helpful. SAM, you are the best!! I don't know much about cannabis. The employees always are patient with me and guide me through what I am looking for. It is very cool because every employee has their own taste. So each experience takes me down a different path.
