Tiffany is fantastic and my new favorite bud tender. I came in for some edibles for sleep amd she recommended some to me and had alot of knowledge about the product as well. So so nice and hooked me up with some great product. I absolutely love this location everyone is incredibly kind and friendly, especially the people at the front door where you check in it just gets you in a good mood walking in and out of this location. I had the best experience here at JARS! We have been tracking across country and so far this has been my best experience buying THC! The young man was so pleasant and helpful. He helped me look for the best value for the product I needed! I’m a customer for the rest of the Winter!

Spoke to many managers, supervisors (Morgan ) and shift leads about my situation. It’s sad to see the lack of communication amongst the company. One person tells me they’ll figure it out within 24 hours, another person claims the situation is fixed, the other (being the supervisor Morgan ) claims the situation was never escalated to him. I personally don’t recommend jars to anyone anymore due to the lies and lack or tracking things. They can see my history, see that they needed to merge accounts but claim I have 500 points to zero to 8 to zero. I will continue to recommend my friends and family to zen leaf, mint or story. Those dispensaries track their customers transactions accurately, make sure to communicate loyalty points, and typically have deals that usually sweep jars off their feet. Definitely am going to stop going to jars. And will continue to not recommend other mol, dry, low quality products . As for the managers , supervisors and leads, please stop lying. If you don’t know something, don’t know when you’ll be able to given the answer, or just need more time to. Look into things, then say that. Don’t lie to a customer, making them look stupid every time they walk into a location. It’s exhausting and irritating to be treated like this everytime by you guys.

Had a great experience with (Ed) he was awesome 😎. Highly recommend this bud tender he takes the time to take care of you. I always come in with lots of questions, and I usually take way too much time and he has no problem helping me. I appreciate that thank you Ed and please make sure that he gets recognized! Vin and the manager Matt, were both very helpful! I had bought the wrong product & they were able to credit my account for the wrong product purchased & gave me the correct product. I walked out paying $5 once everything was said & done! Wonderful way to make sure that the customer is taken care of & most importantly leaves happy & with the right product. I used to love coming here. Not so much these days. Customer service kinda went down, night staff had a better vibe. The website isn't "there yet", leaves a lot to me desired. Ethan is the only reason I go, otherwise catch me at Metro Center. I don't get the dry, unsealed display there like I do here... Many times now. I'll just have to trust it was the right weight, right? Meh. FYI this Savy turns to dust as soon as you touch it. Dry AF.

A wonderful place to be! The staff here are wonderful! This is my favorite location next to the anthem. The atmosphere and vibes are always good! I come here at least twice a week when I come for my Starbucks. Eli is the best and so is Alex! I highly recommend jars cannabis for you needs!
