I was a customer at first until I became an employee. The owner really makes sure the customers get the best experience shopping here . The managers enforce that as well plus all the employees are successfully trained to do so . Love it here

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to love this smoke shop, but recently I got two Geek Bar vapes for $45, and they worked fine until I charged one of them and now it won't work at all. I tried taking it back for an exchange and they wouldn't exchange it and were rude about it. **EDIT: I am referring to the location near Kent Des Moines Road & Pacific Highway!!!!**

Every time I walk into the shop I'm welcomed there very friendly, helpful and they're always willing to help with the kindness that goes above and beyond amazing customer service only smoke shop I go to.

Excellent customer service by the gentleman with the glasses. Recommended an excellect product for me. One of the few vape shows I know of that allows you to partake in samples of flavors before buying. This shop will be my go to from here on out!
