I felt compelled to share my experience when visiting this establishment. I’m a strong believer in supporting small business. The fine folks working at this location are attentive to one’s needs, they have a variety of products in stock that should easily satisfy whatever it is one might be needing. More important to me is the glowing disposition, and sparkling personalities displayed by the staff. Another important aspect this shop offers to customers is their hours of operation…they’re open 24 hrs, 7 days a week! All that said, this is family owned and operated start up. I will continue to support this business and help keep the American dream alive. I strongly encourage anyone who currently purchases most necessities from a big box store to shop for some items at smaller retailers and help support small business

Be very careful who you cash out with. James will take your money then tell you he doesn't know what you are talking about. Even though the owner could look at the computer and tell it was cashed out he backed his employee. I wonder how many other good customers he will lose before he sees he's costing a lot of money . If it wasn't for the other employees they would have gotten a 1 star review. The stores convenient because its 24 hours, just pay close attention to the cash transactions.

I came in early morning, and a slow possible handicapped was working the register. ,me and my wife were told one person only? She waited outside. I attempted to buy something I've purchased a few times before here. The sticker price is double what I pay, he refused to grant same price and said come back when owners in. I said fine and tried to buy a 12$ item with a hundred dollar bill. He said I couldn't take the change from the register, I asked how much to spend he said nothing. He won't sell anything. I said I can spend more money here tell me how much I need to spend to get change . He had a stupid look on his face like I was talking Chinese. Said no hundreds over and over like a down syndrome person. I walked out blown away how this guy has a job and how he just refused my money so he'll have change for the day? How pathetic this place is trash. This was my last attempt to give em my business. I lay reason two stars is cause I got hooked up here before. Lose the special ed worker maybe Ill come back .

Im from san bernardino and was in the area visiting a friend. We went in for a disposable vape. James was at the register. He was very lively, friendly and welcoming. I honestly don't expect much as far a customer service these days cause it's going down the drain so I just want to acknowledge James. Thank you for your friendliness.

I found this smoke shop near my house and I won't go anywhere else this is the greatest most honest smoke shop I have seen in log time very nice respectful workers.
