This office is the worst. Never answer their phones. Very frustrating. Rx can never get thru to get refills. Love my Dr. Put the office is making it hard for me to stay at the group

Dr. Adelaide Willis is the best professional doctor of this medical office. I have been going to her for many years and she is caring, supportive and the epitome of professionalism when it comes to your health and any issues. She listens and communicates with you making you feel heard, comfortable and at ease. I see all the negative reviews for this medical officer, however, I have never had an issue with this medical office. Yes, at times it is difficult to get anyone on the phone, but I always get through. Yadira, the phone operator/receptionist is the the best. She really is pleasant and works with you to make or reschedule appointments.

Changed to Dr Samaco after a stint in hospital. Dr Samaco is through, attentive and caring, his office staff not so much. They have made mistakes as stated in other reviews, late seeing me, lost/ late disability paperwork, lost referrals. No problem we’re human . But I traveled 10 hours by car to get here and ONE time I’m 13 minutes late ( I had checked in online 5 min late)and lady with glasses ^^ from another review went and asked Dr Samacos medical assistant and she said I have to reschedule , yet no availability until next year 😂 9:00am was my appointment and only there was one person in the whole office waiting and I know there are at least 3 providers. This was the day before thanksgiving and I’m looking for a new provider once again. I can see if it were busy or it was a habitual encounter, nope! Office staff can and will ruin a good practice unfortunately

Stay away from this medical facility!! their supporting staff is very unprofessional, they lack a sense of urgency. They prioritize their holiday parties over their patients. They staff the slowest individual on the front desk to schedule and answer phones making it so frustrating when she is unable to respond to simple questions.

First time and worst first impression. What’s the point in making an appointment if you made me wait 37 minutes to call my name? Additionally waited 15 minutes for the doctor to come into my exam room. My doctor conversation and meeting lasted less than 15 minutes. He rushed and rushed me, too. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility of this sort. I went for routine type of care; medical and professional health care and this place missed the mark. Maybe it was just my luck? No bueno…..

Always intimidated to go into dispensaries because I never know what i want but Sarah was so helpful and patient! I just told her what I wanted to feel and she gave great recommendations. You can tell she really knows her stuff - will be coming back.

Lynn was knowledgeable about the products and helped me made a selection. She was very friendly. She is a excellent customer service representative. The company is lucky to have her as a employee!!!

Eliminated your $45 half oz tier and replaced it with 13% littles or double priced regular halves. Not worth shopping here anymore when NETA offers $40 a half and $80 a zip for 20% THC regular nugs daily

This place is great! Sarah was so sweet to help me out and was super knowledgeable about all the products! The selections I got were amazing! Great place and great staff, def a place to come back to.

Good deals but they are open really bad hours to be honest, the average joe simply can’t get there they are open 11-5pm who the hell is only open those hours ? When the vast majority of people who work in the city and beyond are at work and can’t get there by those times? It’s kinda ridiculous hopefully that expand their house soon cuz that’s embarrassing.
