MedCafe is my go to pharmacy in Manistee. It's an easy access off US 31 and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I think that the pricing of their products is fair and also has a large variety of products to keep most anyone happy!

The staff is friendly and helpful and prices are very affordable. It is by far the best place to go in the area. My brother and I first visited about a month ago. We returned about four weeks later and were treated like old friends. Great place!!!

Love me some meds cafe this is the weed store to go to they have the best selection around for pretty much any THC needs you might have. And the prices re also the best around. My wife and I go here like once a week to get what we need, and they are helpful in finding you what you like and is right for you. They allow you to look closely at bud and smell anyone that you want sometimes the wife and I have stood there for 20 mins smelling weed tryna decide what we wanted. And this year they have a costume contest for Halloween and I am entering it so I'm adding a pic of me and my lady's costumes. I mostly get pre rolls lately they have a wide selection and they are cheap def love meds and the workers so go get you a cheap pre roll and check em out

The girls at Meds café are so pleasant. The atmosphere is fun with more to look at than just product. I came in on a budget. I probably didn’t have any business going in today lol but they didn’t make me feel awkward for being on such a low budget this trip. And they were very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed out the door. They even let me talk to them a little bit about my fish! Five stars ladies, you guys were great. Can’t wait to see you guys again next time I come To Manistee to get some fish!
