Cheap gas, decent snack and drink selection, $5 packs of cigarettes from indigenous companies

I normally buy a large quantity of Opal ultra light cigarettes when I go to mono winds because it's a long drive. Last time I was there, they tell me they are discontinuing the Opal cigarettes and replacing them with Seneca. A co-worker went there twice since my last visit and was still able to buy the Opal cigarettes. So I call and they say they are out. Said they have a new distributor and messed up on the order but will have more in about a week and a half. My co-worker said she just went the day before yesterday and bought more. So I call again this morning to check before making the long drive and they say they don't have the Opal anymore and all they have is Seneca but looks the same. My co-worker showed me her pack and it definitely was the Opals. I don't understand the run around I'm getting. It's really degrating to a loyal customer. Very poor PR !!! If they want to push the Senecas, just be up front about it instead of lying to loyal customers that have been going there for years. I'm not making a long drive for the Senecas. So if that's their tactic, it's not working.

First of all, they raised their cigarettes by about 15 dollars a carton in like a month? A short period of time. Even though they don't have to pay the extra per pack in tax that California put on their cigarettes. So can we say price gouging and straight up greed. Also, their free carton for every 20 cartons, they stopped doing that today, to hell with their loyal regualar customers who already were working towards the free carton. The casino is tiny and doesnt pay out. The cigarettes are almost the same price as name brand. And the place is in the middle of no wheres. You be better off buying cigarettes locally than to waste your time and gas to go here.

The greatest place on earth if your a smoker on a fixed income, because Big Sandy has the best deal on cigarettes around..... Couldn't beat their prices with a big ole ugly stick if you could find one.. Ain't many of them around no more so good luck.... Here's a Fat Lip to all who buy their cigarettes somewhere else.......

This is a great little place with some gifts and snacks and also about 10 or so cigarette brands that range from $40 to I think about $57 per carton. No extra fees or charges per carton. Super nice gals working there too, very kind and friendly. Will definitely be returning. 🤗
