Came on a Saturday at ~2:45pm. Not very busy. Store very well lit and clean. I was greeted as soon as I entered. One guy graciously spent about 25 min with me, showing me pieces I was interested in or just felt like looking at. Very patient. I never ended up finding one that fit me. The man who was helping me was very kind and never allowed me to feel guilty for not buying anything after he spent time with me. I will def be back more often to check out their stuff. I can’t wait to buy something. Customer service A+.

Hi Everyone: I come to this place all the time for my Kratom Extract Seltzers, tonic shots and caps. In addition to my everyday needs such as a variety of lighters, rolls, papes, cones and wraps. They have a wide variety of bubblers, bongs and other assorted hardware and pieces. This place is close to me near the Santa Teresa neighborhood so I'm only a mile away. I'ts convenient, efficient as well as a prompt staff and good customer service. My latest review has been on the new Mitra-9 Kratom-Extract Seltzers and Kava Seltzer drinks in a variety of bubbly and refreshing flavors. The flavor is excellent and no hint of the sour undertones of the kratom extract itself. Just as tasty as any other energy drink out on the market today but plant-based. Hands down , this is my neighborhood pit stop and I'm glad they're here. 5-Star visit everyday for me actually. Check it out!

Extremely extremely horrible customer service when will you be ready to check out the gentleman assumed us if we wanted to pay by credit or debit. Either my husband replied which ever method is easiest for you. Well my husband goes and puts his car in the Guy behind the counter speaks to him in a condescending tone & says no you need to pay here because you are paying cash. Cash?! That wasn’t one of the options you stated credit or debit we said the gentleman huffed and puffed and said he had to ring the entire transaction because we didn’t want to pay cash when that wasn’t even an option to begin with this person is so I would not recommend anyone going here I’m not sure why opened up a store and as a customer facing job since he has no customer service skills.

I've never had a problem here before but I don't appreciate raising the price from what you have tagged. Specially if I saw already all the identical items have the same price tag. So no that single one item wasn't mislabeled. Trying to raise an item cost from 12.99 to 29.99?? It's good thing I noticed before I hit okay on the transaction. No worries I'll go buy the same item on Amazon for 8.99 and it'll be here in 2 days, you obviously don't need my business.
