Luke is great, always let me know prior to service so I can secure my dog. Very knowledgeable and does a thorough job. I have one of the best Lawn on my street thanks to you Luke.

Great experience every time great staff. Jason assisted me. Not only was he knowledgeable he was patient and listened. Once he understood my preference he was able to give me great tips that worked. For those that prefer less human interaction there is a drive thru to quickly pick up your products. Great prices, point system that gives more bang for your buck all around great experience. The Apollo Beach location is absolutely my favorite! The customer service and knowledge provided by the staff is top notch every time I come in. I had an issue with my order today thinking my promo and rewards points would cover it, but I misunderstood how the points system works and didn't have enough money to cover the rest of my order and Luke took care of it no questions asked. It really ment so much as a new mom money is tight and the care and compassion is so appreciated!

Both website and app state drive through open at 10am, pickup message notes it also - all are wrong. Either the drive through is permanently closed or these employees dont open it when they're supposed to. Just wasted 30 mins of my time. Worse they cant do basic math, see below. Their deals aren't the best and cant be stacked, and ive had an issue with being overcharged due to application of prior overpayment being included as part of the % discount instead of a dollar to dollar application against the total after application of discounts since i overpaid the prior time - only happened once and they fixed it when i explained i would only get 75% of the overpayment back.. math is hard lol..... Flower is always SUPER dried out and costs more than it does at other dispensaries with better product in sealed jars. Also they don't use refrigerators in delivery vehicles, the "ac keeps it at the right temperature" - you'd have to run it full blast directly onto the delivery, which the delivery drivers don't do as they get cold. So don't order any temp sensitive stuff for delivery.

Steven was awesome! Communication was easy all the way through the delivery. Showed up when they said they would! Muv continues to impress me more with each purchase. It's always nice to deal with employees who enjoy their job.
