Tanner is absolutely amazing. He’s been helping me for years. I can’t say enough good things about him. He makes the shop so much more enjoyable to go to. His knowledge on all of the products helps so much while shopping.

Excellent service!! My partner and I couldn't decide on what we should get so we got into an epic battle of rock paper scissors and Megan was so patient with us while we figured it out lol. One very rude bud tender I think named Derek, yesterday around 3pm. If it wasn’t for Tanner I would never return after being a customer for 7 years. Throughout the years I have never experienced anything like it. He got aggressive and told me we didn’t have to serve me after being confused about the discount program I’ve used every year when I renewed my card. I’ve been working with Patrick, Amanda and Tanner, and others for years and could not believe the way I was treated. He got aggressive with me right after I mentioned the discount. If things change there should be an announcement or notice to hand out instead of being rude when someone inquires about it and wants to understand. Hesitant to return to this location and suggest it to others because of that one bud tender being aggressive and rude.

I really appreciate Alisa at this dispensary. Everytime I've been to the Austin Bluffs location, the visit has been very pleasant and service superb! I am an industry associate from FL and this was a really surprise to move to CO and experience such great service and products.

I've been coming here for a couple of years. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Alisa helped me out today and she was awesome! Her fun bubbly personality will brighten your day. The store has a nice atmosphere.

Patrick, the manager, spent at least 20 minutes with me answering all of my questions. He explained discounts carefully and offered me every single discount available. I called first to see if their location carried the product I wanted. Tanner answered the phone and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I stepped in, a few minutes later and Tanner was at the window. I am slow moving and felt conspicuous. Tanner was very gracious and patient. This is MY PLACE to go!

Great store, good deals, and the staff is super friendly! I always go in with questions and they are more than happy to answer them. April is a total sweetheart and knows the products very well. She is very approachable and will give you the details on their products.
