I wanted to update my previous review after getting some great help. I originally left a bad review due to an account issue, but Leialoha took the time to assist me and really went above and beyond. We weren’t able to locate my original account, but I was able to create a new one using the same email address. Leialoha helped escalate the situation and assisted with getting my rewards restored, which I really appreciated. The communication and effort made a big difference. I’m grateful for the help and looking forward to shopping there again this weekend.

I love this place! Clean, organized, and the products are great! The employees are kind and helpful and whenever I visit it feels pretty luxurious but that’s just me. I would absolutely recommend visiting NHC if you’re in town!

Kiarrah is the young lady who helped me and she has great customer skills and knows her clients. My significant other purchases their frequently and he couldn't make it in yesterday and I went for him but didn't know what he regularly purchases and when I showed her a photo of him she knew. Thanks to her helping me. I will definitely go back. We need more Kiarrah's in the work force. ☺️

Cool spot. Took a bit to get checked in. But it was a busy night for them. And we were from out of state (Oregon ID’s). When my name got called to be helped, I was welcomed with a smile. Said I needed prerolls and was directed to what I needed. Recommended.
