Nicholas, the bud server, was wonderful. Informative, kind, and just an all around decent guy. Whoever was the security guard at the time was probably having a rough day but overall a decent first-time experience.

Diego was awesome. His customer service was way more than I would expect. He thanked me for serving my country. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Everyone that I’ve had an encounter with was nice, but Diego is in a league of his own. This man should be recognized as his customer service will be the reason that I come back to do business. Be grateful, blessed and humbled to have him as a team member. He is what makes Nature Med so great. I wish that I could only deal with him. He has set my expectations high and I won’t stand for anything less. I’m not dealing with a grouch that’s upset because he accepted a job and had to work. Nope, not today!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience Diego!!!

Peter was awesome, he seemed stoked to work there, and even happier to see me. They have an insane amount of daily deals and even threw in a few freebies for my first time. There was a small issue with my order but it was immediately taken care of. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I will be back!

Absolutely LOVE this dispensary! From the Mossy Wall when you first enter, to the iPad screen at the counter to see your choices. However, that isn’t what made my visit great. Diego was welcoming and knowledgeable. He also helped me with some local questions since I am new to this area. I will definitely make this my home dispensary.

I hadn't been in since the remodel and was amazed! Its beautiful. Kattricia was very friendly and told me about specials going on, i usually get delivery but this was an enjoyable experience going in today. Great job on the remodel, so far from the store i visited back in 2017!
