NETA dispensary in Northampton is my go-to spot and one of my top five dispensaries. From the moment you step in, the service is exceptional. The front door greeter/check-in process is seamless, and the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to assist with purchases. One budtender “MANNY” in particular, always greets me as “BOSS” which I love because I live a boss lifestyle! The personalized touch and outstanding customer service keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend NETA for anyone seeking quality products and top notch service.

Medical users are provided with nearly instant 1:1 support with knowledgeable staff. They don’t rotate out enough and a bit more expensive, but lots of sales, order ahead, pickup, and the no tax medical make it great.

The ease of placing and picking up an order is top notch. Drive an hour to get product once a month or so to take advantage of deals and sales rather than use my own states terrible system. Plenty to choose from on the product lineup for all.

I happened to stop in Neta because I was highly recommended by my uncle.. I was not disappointed, My excellent experience started at the door, Where I was met with a kind, happy gentleman, who obviously loves his job , And then I went in, and I got lucky and was greeted by Rich, Who is not only the world’s greatest bartender, but also the manager, I was so impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, how quick he was to point out all the deals that I might be interested in for my client. It was probably the best experience I ever had…. I am and was so impressed by the prices the service just the overall vibe of the place that I’ll be driving 45 minutes to an hour just to go to Neta from now on.. I highly recommend going and checking it out even if you’re not In the neighborhood, it’s definitely worth checking out and to top it off. They gave me $100 New first time customer credit which was awesome. They gave me the vet discount the hardship discount and everything helps for my patient. I happen to be a caregiver. Placed an order online with a total of 142$ on the med side. Caregiver went to pick up and was charged 168$. After emailing and explaining the situation, I asked for a refund as I did not want a store credit. They replied with "a store credit has been applied to your account" in half the amount in should have been. I repeated over and over that I would like a refund as I was not expecting to pay that much money. I was told that if I wanted a refund it would be in a form of a check, mailed out from the northampton location, & will take up to 4 weeks. Yet this is not my mistake whatsoever. I was completely ignored with several questions I had asked. I even asked if I were to return the order, in store, can I be refunded and again was ignored. Every single time I place an order, the price is incorrect. My FH is never applied. I ALWAYS have to call and confirm pricing and correct them before I show up. Even on their mistake, they were unable to make it right for me. Not even allowing me to come pick up the check. Absolutely appaled with how this situation was handled. The ONE time I wasn't able to call ahead because their calling hours only go till 6, I get overcharged. Seriously you all suck and this never happens at any other dispensary I shop at. Won't be coming back here.
