Went here like 5(?) Months ago & The lady that was working before closing time was so helpful and so nice! I didn't feel lasers from her eyes- burning my skin , every move I make, like a lot of smoke shop employees tend to be.

Anytime I have gone in here they are always so nice and the prices are the cheapest in town for the most part. I also inquired about having the screen replaced on my iPad and I couldn’t believe the low price I was quoted. I don’t know if the replacement screen will be OEM or not but for that cheap I can’t complain. I wonder if I can bring my own replacement screen in thats OEM and just pay for the labor of the repair? Either way, the people that work here are so great that I can’t imagine them not willing to work with me on that. I would highly recommend this smoke shop if you like to save money without having to give up great customer service as well.

The WORST customer service!!! The older lady couldn't help any customers with the cell phone part of the business, so when I went in to drop off my phone I was told to wait five minutes for someone else to help me after I had paid $60 already for the new screen. The guy doing the work was rude over the phone and not much better in person. This place caused me huge delays after waiting in traffic to get there and my phone was still not done when I returned after 2 hours! Then, after returning a 2nd time he told me the new screen was defective and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get back my phone with a SHATTERED SCREEN! TERRIBLE!

This is very much a mom & pop shop place. I would 100% give my money to small businesses like this Vs. a big store. My go-to place for smokes, and at this point I'm pretty sure she recognizes me. I go once a month, and I am always greeted by a lovely clerk. (she always greets you)

I went there about a month ago and I bought some incents and a cartridge battery. The battery did not work so I had to go back today. That lady in that store is so nice. It's such an easy purchase, I thought to myself that this smoke shop reminded me of the old coffee shops in Seattle back in the day. Just a calm, open fresh, friendly environment with no coffee. She also gave me a $3 discount from my failed first purchase. I will go there again and again. Thank you!
