Dr. Kelly was fantastic to work with - he is the perfect physician for this job: very thoughtful, personable, thorough and professional. I wish he was my Primary Care doc! The staff is very organized and accommodating to say the least. John is very friendly and informative. Both he and Dr Kelly put me at ease right away. I couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere.

I was contacted to renew my card 3 months before my birthday. I went through the review, paid for my renewal but never received my card. There isn't an email contact so I'll try calling.
