I have enjoyed coming here since the very first time, they've basically become the only smoke shop I will go to. Melissa has helped me find so many products I love and use frequently. I just bought these today so I received excellent products with good deals with even better customer service all in one trip. 10/10 absolutely love this place

Love this shop after a 1 time experience. The owner is very knowledgeable and knows about every piece in his shop. There are so many options as far as the quality and for good prices. Customer service is also awesome, so thank you!

If you are reading this review it’s probably because you know how hard it is to find quality customer service in the smoke and vape industry these days. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. I like to believe I am an easy customer. I get the same flavor disposable vape and 8oz bag of kratom every week, but could never find a shop that would consistently carry those products even though I would call ahead multiple days a week to ask if they had some in stock yet, the answer was always no. This means that even though I’m asking for a particular item, they won’t bother to order it for me. I have no idea why because they probably make a ton of money off of me given their ridiculous prices. I was lucky to stumble upon Planet Smoke & Vape. I stopped in and unfortunately they didn’t have the flavor of vape that I prefer, but they were so friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable that I came back the following week anyways. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they now carried my favorite flavor. I was then grabbing a bag of Kratom today and I mentioned that they sold the same bag at another shop for almost twice the price. The owner told me he tries to keep current on his competitors prices so he can offer his customers the best price which is awesome (if you find it cheaper somewhere else he promises to at least match that price). As if that weren’t enough, he started talking to me about a brand of kratom that they brought into their store that is of comparable quality to the one I was purchasing, but much more affordable. He even gave me a sample. He already had me buying the more expensive brand, but wanted to make sure I was getting the best value. THAT is customer service. I will be a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know about this place because they deserve the business.

These have got to be some of the nicest most welcoming and super super friendly guys and gals over here!! Every time I come in friendly smile and laugh so welcoming! Also if you got questions oh boy they got the answers and in a way to make you feel your getting a good choice and deal!
