This store is supposed to be open from 9am to 8pm Monday through Friday. I went there today at 4:30pm and the door was locked. Three other people were also trying to go in and they too were surprised that the door was locked and no one was in the store. Crap store, what kind of business does this. Just close the doors for good......

Went in for a scale, all of which were overpriced...at 7:15. Supposedly they close at 8pm but the guy told me to hurry up he's on his break and then he needs to close. I bought a scale out of necessity but I wouldn't come back here if my life depended on it. I've never been treated so rudely by an employee at any establishment and being someone who also has worked all my life in food service and retail businesses I can't express how disappointing this experience was.

worst smoke shop in the san diego county area by far, one of the dudes who works here is super rude for no reason and is always on 'break'! I've been here 3 times now, all at different times and he's always on 'break'?? He won't even try to answer a single question or even give me the right product. Also, have NO IDEA how some reviews are saying the prices are fair, they are 50% UP FROM EVERY OTHER SMOKE SHOP IN SAN DIEGO!

Shop is supposed to open at 9am…good luck with that. If I owned this shop, I’d either hire a whole new team or punch myself in the face for being such an intense slacker. It’s pathetic.

I went to buy a hookah tobacco for $5 and when I was paying it automatically gave them a tip without my permission. The guy just put his headphones on and sat his plank a$s down when I asked for my money he said there's nothing he could eventhough I offered to buy another tobacco to make up for my money loss. F U
