Been going for months and the staff is great. She helps find new flavors and vapes. Usually has good deals going on. Pretty good variety of items!! I love this shop. Best in Manassas! Always has deals on vapes that are pretty good and consistent as well as sales on other items in the store.

This really is a great shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will even get some items they don't carry just to help you out. Pricing is very fair too. I would definitely recommend Pro Vape City!

I have been a good customer for over a year but they wouldn't take back a $25 pack of vape coils that they picked out for me. I dont know much about vape gear so i relied on the young lady of the store's expertise. I actually brought with me the vape with the tank so she could pick out the correct coils for me. She was close but not close enough. When I discovered it would not fit, i went back to the store, the man told me since one of the 3 coils was open he could not refund me for any of them since he could not get anything for them. She had offered to sell me a single so I know they sell them that way. He had also claimed he watched tape and I specified the exact model. I know so little about this gear I am pretty sure he did not look at the tape because no way am I capable of that. Rather than argue facts with the gentleman who I believe is the owner, I chose to learn a lesson. I learned that i need a vape place where they will help me buy the right item the first time, own their mistakes when they make them and take the loss. If you go there buyer beware. Know exactly what you want and don't count on honesty

Great location for me, I stopped smoking cigarettes almost 2 months ago and some of this products helped me to quit cigarettes. The lady yenny, I don’t know if I spell it correctly, was very helpful to show and explain this new world for me. Prices are kind of the same compared with other stores, I check other places to make sure I was paying the right amount.
