I purchased an item that I verified was long expired and no good....when I went back to the shop they told me all sales were final. He couldn't do anything. Then literally said " I know it sucks, a lot of people bring stuff back that's expired but we can't do nothing about it". The manager is supposedly in Turkey for the next month and a half. I understand "all sales final"....but how can you refuse to make that right? You cannot verify if the product is good until you open the package to get the serial number. That is terrible customer service and an absolute rip off. Furthermore, the employee said the manager KNOWS and still sells expired products. ZERO STARS
