Stopped in for the first time. The sales woman was great. She was VERY knowledgeable, and I asked her a lot of questions. She made some great recommendations for my pain, and asked that I come back to let her know if the products helped.

Used to be a loyal customer, I always like to support the small businesses, but I probably won't be going there anymore. They've been out of several juices the past couple of months, and they keep saying they're ordering more but never do. I doubt there are supply chain issues. The juice I'm looking for I can get from at least 6 different online vendors. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm not going to keep buying products I don't really like. I'll just buy online, and it's cheaper online anyway.

Haven't used the product in 35+ years, there is so much to learn. Been there several times and everyone that was working the store have been fantastic. Explaining the different types, etc. Have found relaxation and relief from pain. THANK YOU

This place is amazing!! Great customer service and amazing products. I purchased a 510 vape pen for 40 bucks a few months ago, and it had a lifetime warranty. I did need it replaced a couple of times over the last Eight or so months and they were always happy to replace it for free, As long as I have recliptic, etc. The "o-pen" is now only 30 bucks, if u vape yeah its great and even has a dabs setting. And the warranty!! But yes this place is amazing!! Thanks for your help and time guys. 5 stars🌟

I'm from the NYC metro area but happened to drop by after my vape tank accidentally shattered. thankfully, Faith was around and she was super friendly, knowledgeable and showed me a variety of alternative tanks that would fit my non-standard mod. Highly recommend PurePuff based on my experience. Prices are great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable (and I'm not easily pleased by average service, just saying). I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area again!!
