Love this little gem in Ramona! They have a great little selection of gluten-free items as well including freshly made specialty donuts and coffee. It reminds me of some of the shops that I got to enjoy in Montana 😊

What a fun place! We were in town for a concert & while shopping a few people told us to check out RFN for the sandwiches & the live music! We had grabbed a bottle of wine & Sat on the patio listening to the band. The owner, Victoria made a point to come up and introduce herself & welcome us! Very friendly place! Thanks!

Everything is overpriced. They present themselves as local and healthy in order to swindle you. Way to make healthy food unattainable for poor people and advertise trash as healthy to trick ignorant people. This is what predatory capitalism looks like. Shop at Aldi instead, they’re healthier for your body and your wallet.

Unpleasant experiences with recent employees. I usually really do love coming in for their amazing salads but recent events has made it hard for me to be a customer . I have hearing loss time to time in one ear due to a chronic ear infection that flares up so I miss things on my left side . I was ordering a smoothie when the employee stated something and I entirely missed what she said . I said “one moment please “ because I was going to turn around so my good ear could hear. I’m not sure if maybe I missed something , but the employee responded very visibly agitated and stated “ I was just telling you the options” and walked away and rolled her eyes. I didn’t know what to do after that so I just walked out. Additionally I've noticed I do get followed quite a bit in this store. I don't want to assume anything but I do think there's nothing that would make me stand out as someone who would steal as I'm dressed usually very professional and put together • That same week I had my card cancel on me and I informed the employees that I would go back to my car and get the correct card. When I returned she stamped my food to get my salad. The gentleman at the register did not believe me and really did accuse me of being dishonest which was very disappointing and unfair to me . I'm very shy so I really struggled with the accusation at the time but it has ruined my experience with this store. He said they told him they would double stamp the card which isn't true because I was there and went back to check me with the staff. It was very embarrassing to be accused as there was many people around me. Of course at the end they stated I was clear and good to go.

I love everything about this place. From the products they offer to the ambiance of warmth and welcoming enjoyment! Google needs to update for their reviews to include inputting info for their food which is remarkably divine! Great place to shop as well as pop in for a meal!
