The customer service is great it's the product im not satisfied with...the 1st time I went i got something that turned to dust..2nd time I got two carts of blue deam I think the oil was thin cut it was gone way to fast compared to green labs but I l8ve closer to remedy so today I go for a 3rd time and get that FIND bud nuclear burst..it's ok but I got the sunmed pineapple express cart and the oil is thin and it's missing something..let's just say I won't be back..I work close to GL I'll just stick to that..I spent like including Uber over 100 just be disappointed....UPDATEwell it's morning now and I took a good hit from my Pineapple express cartridge and nothing but the oil is disappearing at a fast rate and ive found Lil white seeds in the NUCLEAR BURST..I appreciate you guys writing back but ive wasted enough money at this establishment ..im Stick8ng with GREENLABS

This location is the absolute best. I’m literally always IN AND OUT in under 5-10 minutes. Even when I do have questions about the different flowers, all the bud tenders are very knowledgeable. I have even had a few go the extra mile with their customer service. Always appreciated

One of my favorites dispensaries in Maryland, the atmosphere is great and it’s a little arcade feel on the inside. Workers could be a little bit more enthusiastic when giving insight on certain products but other than that service is always pleasant!! Highly recommend a pick up window for ppl like myself whom are always placing online orders tho

I love this dispensary. They have EVERYTHING!! They are very knowledgeable about the products and provide great customer service. Moose is especially knowledgeable about different strains and effects. I love that I can ask him all the embarrassing questions about different strains and he gives me the understanding that I need.

I would rate zero stars if I could. My fiance would regularly purchase from this store for her PTSD and anxiety. Today she goes in there, she is stressed out but trying to keep it together. I'm on the phone with her this whole time. She calms herself before walking in, walks up to the cash register. The lady at the register asks how she is doing. My fiance responds "I'm just a bit stressed out" and proceeds to getting her wallet to purchase her pre-order. The security guard at the right side of the desk starts to claim she is being belligerent and commands that she calms down. To which she obviously replies "I am calm". He starts to yell at her, which causes her to panic and leave the store. He follows her out, yelling obscenities at her as she leaves. So DO NOT come to this store if you purchase for any anxiety or stress issues. Apparently security will find a reason to get disrespectful and aggressive, even towards women. I will be calling the main office as well. I have been coming here for years. I don't know what has changed, but it is very bad

Very professional, good place to go. Main critique is the lack of acknowledgement of queue theory and bottlenecks. Lines of just 2-3 people can take way too long, and it’s incredibly slow when the lines extend beyond that. Some workers take ages to get through a single customer. Some simple innovation and creativity in this regard would help tremendously
