Switched to Ripple some few months ago, sorry for the late review. This place is truly spectacular, I'm always in and out in a timely manner, but with enough time to catch up with my budtenders. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are next to none, you will not find a better deal! And they have snacks and water, need I say more?

I’ve been to so many dispensaries looking for the best selection and so many times the employees treat you differently because they don’t know you as a regular. I walked into Ripple and got straight smacked in the face with the smell of the truly fire selection and prices. The best part about it was the budtender Marissa! She was super knowledgeable and treated me like family the second I walked in. She answered every question I had with a true, honest opinion from knowing the products like they were her own creation. Hands down 5 star customer service and the quality control was phenomenal. Thank you Marissa, for making me believe in Ripple and for helping me find my home ship from here on out.

I’ve been going to Ripple for a little while and I walked in on Thursday Jan 22,2026 Not knowing that the new House Bill 21-1317 (effective Jan. 1, 2022) and SB23-081 was passed. So when they asked for my physician note, I questioned it politely and asked if they had any paperwork on it. Because it’s my personal medical information that I wanted to protect and wanted to know why? That’s it. The employee gets the manager and he comes out with the most unprofessional ragging behavior and yelling the “memorized” new law infront of everyone making a scene. I really wanted to ask him if he was ok and yelling doesn’t make you have control over a room, but didn’t. Instead of talking and explaining like a normal person and having a normal adult conversation. He wouldn’t let me ask any questions and would interrupt me. He took it so personal and acted so defensive that I questioned something important and because I was the first person to question it. But I definitely learned about his character with his actions, Gross. He’s immature and doesn’t know how to communicate and articulate his words politely and explain something without a serious attitude. Absolutely Disgusting, and very Disappointing coming from a manager. (And if he’s the owner even worse) I Feel bad for the employees I can’t imagine what they go through and can’t imagine how he handles a hard situation. So I went to another dispensary that friends and family run and they politely explained everything and I got my physicians note done in two minutes with my percentage. Acting so defensive makes you look suspicious! Acting like I insulted him personally. Wow, completely shocking and got whiplash from the whole situation. He could handled that so much better and in a million better ways. Got treated like doo doo because I’m trying to protect my personal medical records. What’s delusional about everything is he really thinks he carries himself well OMG Hilarious

I love this dispensary all the workers there are amazing and make me feel welcome and have great customer service although today i interacted with someone new and she made my experience not so pleasant, i dont think i received good customer service she didnt smile and just made things harder for me. overall not a good experience today with the new tender. but everyone else is great! -Had a rough day today but she made my experience better this time made me feel heard and my day better than it started glad to be a customer;)

Love this place! I always get the chick with the pretty blue eyes and glasses. I wish I could remember her name but she is ALWAYS fabulous. Can’t beat the price for quality brand strains. They may get super busy at times but they are able to move people in and out pretty quickly while keeping the customer service outstanding.

Great vibes and prices on high quality products! The people are always so kind and helpful, the hash selection is unmatched, and the same can be said for their hash prices! Most of the top notch local brands are represented here, as well as some far less mentioned, but just as worthy, brands. I have already recommended them to all my friends and will continue to do so! They don't ask for reviews and offer a deal if you give them a 5 star, so know that this is coming from genuinely great experiences, repeatedly!

Ripple is my #1 spot. Everyone is awesome here. I hardly go anywhere else..I'm a very awkward person... and everyone here makes me feel so comfortable and they let me take all the time I need. I appreciate all the help, cause I feel a little intimidated sometimes... there's just so much to look at and choose from, but everyone here is just the best, super helpful, super knowledgeable, very welcoming...I just love it here. Medical Marijuana has helped me stay clean from opiates for years. It's my medicine and I'm so grateful I found I place that makes me feel welcome and comfortable while I shop for my meds. Thanks Ripple Crew...y'all are hands down the coolest club around.
