Best customer service I've ever received at a dispensary. highly recommend. an applicator. I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie several times now and she is top notch with rare excellent customer service. In every one of my dealings she has been exceedingly helpful always looking for the best way to serve the customers needs. Called the Tampa location with order questions on New Years Eve, she was stand out yet again. She answered the phone 3 mins before closing. We really appreciate the information she was able to explain. What she didn't know already she asked questions and got the right answers. Once again making it a clear choice to do business with Rise. If she is not the Manager already, she needs to be. She represents Rise in the best ways possible with the patient's best interests in mind. I really like coming to Rise. No matter what location they are always friendly. The emplyees at the Tampa and brandon Lacations are super kind and helpful. I never feel like im a bother. And they have great products with amazing terpines. If you haven't tried rise, you are sleeping on somewhere great. Much better than their competitors.
