My husband needed emergency surgery and I had to locate a medical lift chair in a hurry. I called around until I reached Jose at this store. He was amazing. He located a chair and made sure it was at our home the day of surgery. While my husband was in post-op, I realized I'd need a special toilet seat with handles. The delivery guys went back to get it at the store and it was there when we got home. Because of Jose and the quality products, my husband's recovery will be easier. Thank you!

I was looking everywhere for a walking boot for my son same day. Not a CVS, Walmart, or Target had them in stock. A friend informed me to try Rockville Medical Supplies and they had varieties to chose from. The workers there are also very pleasant and helpful! This will be my new go to store for medical supplies!

The pharmacists and staff are fantastic. My husband and I are new customers, I came in to pick up a prescription for my husband, and they knew who I was ! Didn’t have to ask my name they knew my husband’s name and mine. While I was there, the pharmacist said, I have two I can fill for you now. The whole interaction only took ten minutes and everyone was so pleasant! I highly recommend this pharmacy instead of a large chain.

The guy who answered the phone was absolutely rude! Disgusting customer service! I Kept trying to ask a question and he kept cutting me off! I was referred here. I will make sure the other pharmacy know not to refer others to this place! I just took notice on yelp this is a common thing for this place! Beware!

I had such a amazing experience with this store. Not only did they already have very reasonably priced knee scooters but the owner really helped us out. My boyfriend broke his ankle and was in urgent need of a knee scooter. I called the store and was told they have black scooter in stock. After driving about 30 minutes there I was informed that the staff member had told me incorrectly and only pink ones were in stock to buy. Although I had gotten wrong information, the owner was very apologetic and gave me a awesome deal on of his used rental scooters. The owner and the staff obviously care a lot about their customers needs instead of just making money. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Will definitely go back there if I need anything medically related.
