Roots Los Angeles Dispensary is a must-visit! I literally just landed at Burbank Airport and made a run straight to Roots—such a perfect location, especially if you’re coming in from out of state. It’s incredibly convenient and stress-free, which is exactly what you want after a flight. The staff here is next level amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to walk me through options, answer questions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy, especially as a visitor. Bonus for first-timers: 30% off for first-time customers, which is such a great perk and made the visit even better. I already know I’ll be stopping back at Roots before my flight home. Highly recommend to locals and travelers alike—this place sets the bar high!

Just came into shop here for the first time as a new resident to the neighborhood & omg this is my new go to spot!! Helena was the sweetest & most informative bud tender I’ve met in all of LA (no exaggeration lol)!! Such cool spot & initially overwhelmed by so many options but Helena was able to help narrow out the best finds for me🩵Overall, super pleasant experience and I will most definitely will be coming back!!

Roots is an exceptional store, and my experience here is always fantastic. Let me start by praising their incredible security guy, Jessy. His welcoming demeanor and vigilant presence immediately set the tone for a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. Once inside, I you are greeted by the most helpful and amazing team: girls, Mike and other guy. They are always above and beyond to assist, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Their knowledge of the products and genuine enthusiasm is making my shopping experience truly enjoyable. My go to shop, always got the fire on hand, bud tenders are very knowledgeable and Jesse the security always has good attitude and gets you checked In fast! I pass by about 10 shops to get to this one. They’re for connoisseur smokers for sure! Ask for Mike!

HUGE PROPS TO THIS DISPENSARY! BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO GIRLBOSS KAT. Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!
