This was my regular place for well over a year. Two days ago, I scheduled a delivery for today. It was supposed to arrive between 1 and 2. Things happen so I waited til 4 to ask what was up. I was told that the driver "got busy for some reason". My order arrived a little after 530. Do not order from them unless you can wait around all day.

Flor is and AMAZING driver always great customer service and this company has amazing service on the phone especially for exchanges and if there’s problems with an order they will make sure your right more then any other company Thank you from bakersfield!

Great atmosphere and thoughtful people. I have visited both locations in california city and have always had an amazing experience from security to the bud tenders. They usually have what I am looking for and if they don't they will suggest something that fills the gap in my shopping experience. Recommend Royal Apothecary to anyone and everyone. 6 STARS..... to bad there are only 5.
