Been in here twice and both times came away very satisfied. Girl at the counter is really nice, and happy to answer my weird questions. The quality here, at least of the top-tier variety, is fantastic. I have shopped in other dispensaries in middle TN, and their products do perform the function, but what I get from Rudy’s has all three major qualities: Flavor, aroma, and effect.

We’ve been long time customers of Rudy’s, I’m a little upset today. My husband drove 30 mins to Dickson to make a purchase. Online says opens @ 10am. He waited until 10:25 for someone to show up. No one showed. There’s no number on the site so we can’t call. Bad for business…..

Every time I go, Rudy has gone above and beyond for customer service. I take his advice, and his suggestions are always perfect for what I am needing at that time. He truly has top grade products. He refuses to sell if it's something he feels is not up to par. He gets all the products tested and validated. I have complete trust in Rudy and his products. It's nothing like the gas station cheap knock off stuff. This is grade A. I am so happy that shop is here. Plus, I am so happy there is such a great person to run it!

Rudy's is the best place. I have been coming for years and have never been disappointed. He cares enough to get his product tested and validated. It's not like other shops/gas stations that try to sell whatever garbage CBD/Delta they can push. You can ask him anything about his product, and he has answers and paperwork to inform you. He has always been respectful and genuine. 10/10.

This place is awesome! GREAT flower. Great carts. Good concentrates.Customer service is ok. However…We need some deals!! I shop here often and you only get 10% off after you spend a bunch. We need deals on smalls. We need shake. Also, tell the girl to STOP TOUCHING THE BUD WITH HER HANDS!!! Other than those few complaints, this place is my go to when I don’t feel like driving to hermitage. Product almost never disappoints!
