I've gone here for over 2 years and it's been great but there is this one guy that works there he is always cold short and kinda rude to me he doesn't listen to what I say and often gives me bad stuff I'm not picky but he doesn't want to hear what I want it's really annoying tho cause I've been in there when his friends are there and he is so nice and asks questions and just totally different. Makes me wanna switch places because I it makes me anxious dealing with people that obviously have some issue with me. He's the tall one that usually wears jerseys and hoodies all the other tenders have been literally nothing but nice to me!

Normally I would give a 5 star but tonight it was a 2. My bud tender a very tall man with multi colored Nike shoes was clearly unhappy to be there. This is not the first time his unfriendly bud tender has sent me away with a product I wasn't happy with because he made it where questions were not welcome.

The only really complaints I have about these guys is the first time I ever the only time tried to return a pen, that wasn't working. They wouldn't return. One gentleman was gonna, but I forgot it came back the next day. He wasn't there another guy. They said they couldn't replace it, cause it was full. Still. The charging port wasn't working and they couldn't prove then it was like that before I bought it or not. It did work the first time for about 3 or 4 puffs, but after it died, and it never worked again. That was thirty five dollars. I've spent thousands there and also they just somehow lost all of my earnings, my points, or whatever I had a lot of points. One year ago and then all of a sudden, when I try to go to use them. I have like $3 or 3 points. When I had way more than that, but nobody can understand why or tell me why.So I kicked myself out of there. And I was an everyday customer, pretty much

Can't wait for the the ban. I've been in this business for 23 years and can say the weed is not safe anymore. We have made it unsafe for mental health. I even quit myself seeing amazing results
