When I bought my vape Sakura Grape BC5000
Approximately at 6:30pm at 1/17/2024 the owner told me it’s not defective but I insisted that it was defected. But then I proceeded to leave the store and it was still hitting when I smoked it. I paid $24.99 for this. Never again will I go to this smoke shop. Do not waste your time coming here!!

I thought this was going to be my go to place for playing scratch tickets the dude let me buy 3 $10 tickets of 1 game. I lost on the 3 I go to buy another one after he just watched me lose on the 3 and he tells me no he closes down lotto at 7:30 even tho he is open until 8. Thanks for letting me lose 30 dollars I hope you enjoyed getting my winning ticket that you should have sold to me. I won't ever be back. ALSO EVERYTHING IN THE STORE IS WAY OVER PRICED.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have the worst customer service, products and prices. I was sold a vape that wouldn’t even charged and went through the worst experience trying to get a replacement . They don’t even trust there own products even to have and exchange policy

The guy who works the shift around 5pm (wouldn’t give me his name) is one of the rudest people , a young lady came in with an issue on there part and he totally disrespected her in front of everyone . Not to mention they sell to minors and don’t check ID’s this place needs to be shut down or needs a new owner .

Very disappointed in the way they conduct business. I will spend my money in any other place than this little unhappy sad store.
So unfortunate, they have a great location and ready could of built a nice little friendly local fallowing and corner the market. Instead I'll go 10 blocks out of my way and/or spend more elsewhere. Now management a must without question.... Avoid!
