Nella was the store rep and she was chill calm and professional this store has a very good product selection and some old skool posters that are great conversation piece's I got the evobar strawberry Pina colada and it's very fresh.. Smells really nice and spot on it's flavor.. as a influencer I'm giving them 5 stars for service, customer relations and cleanliness.. and seeing them grow is an objective since they are local.. I support local biz always and first! Anyways this is my two cents...

Bad customer service! Bought a coil for my smok novo 2 and it was defective. So I took it back to the shop and asked if they could replace it. They turned me away and said there’s nothing they can do. They told me to contact smok myself. I bought my product from them. They should be the one’s to contact the manufacturer, not me. These coils are 6 dollars a piece. I can’t believe they did that

I've been coming here alot for the past year and I get great service from Bamm he's great and I enjoy his service. But Friday Bamm wasn't there and the service was not the same the lady was not helpful and not knowledgeable about the product and was not great with her customer service skills. I love this shop and when Bamm is there it is totally different it's more comfortable and the hospitality is awesome, I give 1 Star cause the service was bad and needs improvement. I like it better when Bamm is there it's alot easier.

This shop is the only one that I will go to. They always have everything you need and more . The staff treats you like family and they will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and if not even more . Their prices are even better. I have never seen a smoke shop that was ran, like the way this one is . I highly recommend you coming here; if you are seeking any interest on looking for a smoke shop to go to. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS!👍🤗
