So many reviews stating how friendly they are but that was not my experience. The gentleman helping me had ZERO personality. Both visits to this shop, he was there. Both visits, he was short and seemed to not want to assist. Next time, I'll talk to the woman instead.

Came here at 630 on a sunday.....Sunday...... the neon light said opened it was closed... I pulled in the door and it was locked the sign on the door says Sundays closes 6pm. Not mad about it but maybe remember to turn of the open sign at closing.

I was deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service I received. Despite patiently waiting for 10 minutes, I watched as customers who arrived after me were served ahead of me. This experience left me thoroughly disheartened, and I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment. I'll make sure to warn my smoker friends about this place, so they don't have to endure the same letdown.

I would rate higher but their tins aren't in the humidor even though they need to be. They have good cigars not a huge selection but all good. They don't really have a humidor for any of their cigars but I'd you take them and put them.i. your own to get some moisture back it's good.
