The group here is fantastic. Friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I’m a constant customer and this is by far my favorite store that I’ve shopped in the state. I hope the company recognizes this location and all its employees to the highest extent. I do wish as a customer we could show our appreciation further with tips or anything contributing back to the employees but that doesn’t change how great this crew is. 10/5 stars!

Alan was my bud tender today ... hes a great addition to your great establishment.. however I did want to give him a cash tip . And this is the only establishment I know of that don't allow you to tip a great bud tender that deserves extra cash ...... Any feedback on the tips ? I feel these workers are entitled to receive tips ..

Always a great experience at Surterra. Staff is always highly knowledgeable and friendly. Spencer at the North Port store made sure I got the best possible price using promotions. Great people helping folks with what is often an overwhelming experience due to the shear volume of choices available.

I have shopped exclusively at Surterra, North Port location, for 7 years. Obviously, I love the product quality, selection, specials and low THC options which can’t always be found out there. I like the fact that I can call in an order when in a hurry or just prefer to call customary care. I have had super experiences with the but especially Laura. She is knowledgeable, very helpful and has a great attitude. “Woodie” is my favorite employee there and if you ever have an issue, ask for him by name, super person with a great attitude. Keep up the great work and please remember to try and stock more Low THC/High CBD % products for those of us who need more medicinal values over “high” values Sincerely Van
