Absolutely loved my experience here! From checking in with the most nicest women who made the process so easy and helpful! We were immediately greeted by everyone we encountered cultivating a welcoming environment whether you are new or a veteran! African provided extensive knowledge pertaining to my wants and needs while sticking to my budget! Amazing deals here almost in all of DC I would say. Another fellow cashier, Nick, engaged with my decision making and encouraged amazing insight in my purchase, that I can confirm steered me in the right direction. Lastly, Ronnie confirmed my order was all correct and even hooked me up with extra purple life savors - the best! Will be going here all the time, hope to see you there!

When I first thought about buying medical cannabis, I did my research, I looked at countless reviews, youtube videos, everything I could find. And it kept coming back to Takoma Wellness Center. So, I decided to give them a try. After a long drive from Raleigh I arrived and I was not disappointed. Takoma is well staffed, professional, well stocked with variety, plenty of parking, I felt safe, going to DC when you're not from there can be daunting. I'll be going back soon, to use my points I earned and to do more business with them. I wholeheartedly recommend this business, honest, excellent products, great pricing, friendly staff, efficient, all you can ever want.

So my car needed a jump start. I got it jumped and I was letting it charge then. They send one of their guys to check on me to make sure I was good that was very thoughtful. So I had to share that they have amazing hospitality services and caring people there .. This experience was incredible! Tamiya at the front is a gem. She made everything feel so easy and accessible. She was patient with me and explained everything so clearly. Bebe took her time and explained what would work best for my chronic pain and endometriosis. I felt really listened to and she gave recommendations that felt realistic for my needs. Steve helped me learn about differences in uses. I am so grateful for all of them!

I always get good service here, but Nekisha really stood out. From the moment she greeted me, it was clear she genuinely wanted to help. She answered every question without making me feel rushed or pressured. She clearly knows their products. Instead of giving vague suggestions, she explained the differences between items, what specific ingredients or features did, and why one option might work better than another. She even broke some things down (and gave me printed info). I walked away feeling smarter, lol. I'm glad she was the one assisting me.

This dispensary is always great. The staff are very nice and patient and the flower is almost always good quality. Nice looking buds that smell nice. Kendall and jaquaan were both helpful today and explained what needed to be done in professional ways. Great place

The quality of the staff that work there and products they provide are stellar 🌟 In a world where Customer Service is becoming a lost art, Takoma Wellness Center has not only perfected the art but go above & beyond for their patients daily. Always a pleasure whenever I get the chance to stop by.

I went in for the first time last Thursday and the service was AMAZING. When I got home I realized that the product I asked for wasn't in the bag and when I called I found out that they don't even carry the product. I felt like I had been lied to and asked for a manager. Nikki got on the phone and was apologetic, took ownership, educated me, and then offered to refund me the money for the product I didn't get. I came in on Saturday the18th and Nikki wasn't there however Alan, another Manager was, and again him and the staff were SUPER and AMAZING. The level of customer service is unparalleled in today's retail world. Kudos to Nikki, Alan, and their staff. Cam I can't wait for the social media shorts, clips, and posts. Also a BIG thank you to the Owner as well for the gift he gave me to try.

Big shout out to Bryan V. He was very patient with me and very helpful. I was about 30 minutes too early for my new allotment and he worked with management to help out quickly. He and management we extremely helpful and all get five stars. They went above and beyond for only a minor miscommunication. Best med place in America. Another great visit today. Was my first time in and from start to finish my experience was amazing. The check in staff outside was nice, and easily explained the process to me. Even the parking attendants were helpful in ensure everyone gets in and out safely. Every staff member inside was so friendly and sweet. Michael, who served me, answered all my questions and helped me figure out what would be best for my conditions and open with sharing some of his struggles as well. I will def be going back!
