I just vibe with this place. Chill staff. Great lighting, not too dark but not clinically bright. Just a cool, comfortable place to get the products I want.

Apparently only the manager can do anything regarding a refund or replacement. Another fun fact the manager will only be there two days this week. I would really think twice in case you buy a broken GPen from here. You would either be stuck with it or have to run around during the busiest time in your schedule just to TRY to get AT LEAST A WORKING PRODUCT. So yay spent alot of money and don't have anything PRODUCTIVE to show from it. Hopefully the banks don't have to step in for even more of my time to be sopped up. SMH. DON'T MAKE BIG PURCHASES HERE. Very disappointing because they are usually good, with my first experience buying a gpen from them and it's BROKEN. HOPEFULLY I DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE IT SEEMS I AM GETTING RIPPED OFF.

Visited for the first time last night! What a great experience! We bought a Uni vape battery, which came with a great review from the guy helping us! We also bought a new grinder since ours was so old, it was missing 4 of the rhinestones on the top and he was super nice and gave us 10% off since it was the last one in that style. All in all a great experience and great customer service!

Alec is bomb! The store literally has all of our needs. Everything is well organized and the customer service is the best! 10/10 I recommend going here for all your smoke shop needs
