Oscar at the joint gave me great customer service I really appreciate them. Every time I'm there they really know how to take care of the customers there and Oscar is a no exception

Had a great experience from the beginning was greeted at the door and given completely perfect instructions. Being a hippie sometimes it's not easy to find stores but the joint was better than any other. If you're in the area come to the joint and get smoked. PS watch out for roaming buffaloes in a husky Nation and A Jibbers

Nice and friendly staff, however the website almost NEVER works. And when you can order online, and sit outside the shop in the rain for 10 minutes, when you get inside they never actually have what you ordered in stock. Instead they try to upsell you. I'm done with this place. American Mary it is.

Their website does not update correctly with their products in their store, or they are lying and hiding cheap products. Every time I have made an online order for different products my order gets ignored and when I go into the store, they tell me they don't have what I ask for that's being displayed online as being in stocks in great quantities.

Consistently fast service and the staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. My guy Oscar hooked me up.

I always have positive experiences here. Good dank, lovely staff and great hours. I only wish I could do a pick up without walking in sometimes, like curb side service.

Staff here is rude and unhelpful. Girl working the counter, Megan, was rude for no reason, dismissive when I asked for recommendations and didnt even want me to read the product labels that you can’t even see from the counter. Do not recommend

Great experience. I felt very safe with limiting the amount of individuals and was greeted upon my arrival right away. It was a smooth experience and made my Mary Jane needs satisfied. They have a wide variety of products and they are happy to explain 7 different products to help you make an informed decision on which one will suit you best.

When it’s good it’s good, but that isn’t often. Typically you’ll get very long waits in line, not so friendly door staff, and slightly higher prices, they also run out of certain products regularly, little to no customer focus & plenty focus on giving your change in 1 dollar bills so you can tip. Over all one of the worst dispensaries I’ve been in in Seattle. I also believe they were robbed at gunpoint twice.

In my experience this is a mid dispensary. Every time we’ve gotten weed it’s dry. The same growers from other dispensaries are not dry. Some of the staff are unknowledgeable and it’s overall pretty inconsistent. Very hit or miss and you’re better off going to another dispensary, although the location is convenient.
