DO NOT GO HERE!!! I visited this smoke shop I will never be going back. Not only did the cashier, Jonathan, falsely accuse my friend of stealing (even though he was standing next to us the whole time watching), but the puff bar flavor I bought did not have the correct flavor in the box. I tried calling management but have been unsuccessful in making contact or receiving a phone call back. HORRIBLE experience and terrible customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if their products are fake considering the mislabeled box and cracked out employee.

New to the neighborhood, I was looking for a new smoke shop. I go for the disposable vapes mainly, which they have every brand + more. They also have a good selection of all your basic needs you would buy at a smoke shop. I got one of their disposable vapes one night, and the next morning when I opened it, it wouldn’t work. I brought it back, and they replaced it no problem. Always friendly staff as well. They aren’t the cheapest in town, but their service, selection and convenience will keep me loyal.

Overall decent shop with lots of options, but almost never open when they are advertised to be. I’m got here today at 10 am and there was a sticky note on the door that said “back in 10 minutes.” 15 minutes later, no sign of anyone in the shop. I’ve showed up on multiple occasions between 9 and 10 am (9 is listed as opening time on the door and on google) and shop was straight up closed. Might want to consider changing the opening time to one that can be consistently staffed; one of the reasons I loved this place is because it supposedly opened before other shops. Anyway, if you are looking to come here, I recommend trying late in the day.

You walk in & its organized & extremely clean. You’re greeted with politeness & its now going to be my go to whenever I’m in Ft. Lauderdale.
Shay (Shae?*) said hello & answered ALL my questions politely & was extremely well informed about the products sold especially when theres SO MANY there.
10/10 customer experience.
