Bummed, they stopped carrying an item I've been buying there. Staff was helpful in trying to solve issue. I think their closing time is a bit early. M-F 11-7, Sun 11-6

UPDATE: I reached out a week ago as they requested and have not received a response. The comment they left was clearly more for show than anything. Long, but worth the read for anyone buying clearance! I will never return to this store again, which is a shame because it’s got great inventory. Per the return rules on the website, I was bringing back 3 items of the same brand with one being opened. I figured if I didn’t like the one item that the others would be similarly bad tasting to me. The order was a place online, pick up in store deal. On top of the return issue that I will speak about, I found out I was given the wrong item the day I picked up the order and they were low key trying to blame me for the mix up until I shut that down immediately. How could it be my fault if I was picking up a pre packed order?! Then the manager Charles made up rules on the spot regarding my clearance returns…saying they were final sale. When i pulled up the rules posted online (that I was following) and asked him to show me where it says what he’s saying, no one could point it out. Even tried arguing my point with customer service on the phone. I felt like I was speaking with professional gaslighters, and I know that terms gets thrown out a lot but they were literally telling me what I was reading from Vitamin Shoppe’s actual website was wrong. Absolute craziness and I’ve been a loyal customer of the company for a long time now. Talked in circles for over half an hour and got nowhere. The highlight was speaking to a supervisor who “understood my situation” and told me I could have my return picked up by a courier, but I wouldn’t know when they would be available to help me…I should just have my items boxed and ready for this mystery person to show up randomly in 3-5 business days. Yes this all really happened, I am not embellishing anything. If they could have just shown me the rules they were trying to enforce that would have been the end of it! I worked retail for 10 ish years; I always try to be a considerate customer, but i won’t let anyone pull the wool over my eyes. After those ridiculous shenanigans, I ended up going to my usual home location… they were phenomenal and helpful as usual, so I was able to get some resolution and money back. Lesson learned not to stray. Once I spend the partial merchandise credit I was forced to take from Glen Mills for the open item (I took the rest of my purchase to get my physical money back), I am officially done with Vitamin Shoppe. Let’s see what GNC and online retailers can offer me instead.

My first time visiting this shop and I was very impressed with the neatness and cleanliness of the store. The staff is very friendly and consumer oriented. They listen to your needs and suggest items that will help you without pushy sales pitches. Charlie and Terese are very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend visiting this Glen Mills location.

The store manager Charlie is always helpful, great store and location, ran really well and customer service is awesome. Charlie and the female co-worker there are great!

I come here a lot because I'm a meat head. They always have the things I want, so I can't complain. The staff is always willing to chat me up a bit and talk shop.
