Best place to get vitamins & supplements. Great discounts with their rewards program. They even had a great treat for my dog! After seeing how great the CEO treats her employees on hit tv show undercover boss i feel like she should reward the great people at this store i wish the people at this store got treated like they did on the tv show

So the experience started out great, customer service from shack was great. I was excited to have my purchase. Until I get home and realize my purchase is expired, everyone doesn't have the time or means of transportation, I would suggest check expiration dates, instead of being on your phones. First time experience not happy with it!

Poor customer service. Employee did not have time to help me, He was however very interested and overly complimentary in his conversation with Tracy. Tracy, I gathered in the conversation was in someway his boss. I guess courtesy and kindness is exempt on certain days.
