I like that when I enter the store I'm immediately greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. The Associates are always willing to go above and beyond to assure I find and am satisfied with the products in looking for. I live over 40 miles away so I'm a bit worn and their being friendly and supportive helps.

The woman with curly hair and glasses who is a manager or assistant manager is super rude, she never smiles. If you don't like your job, it's so simple... find something else that will make you happy. I just drive to another location, its always a negative experience at the sundland location.

Love their products but I’m switching to online. Their customer service has declined so much now. All associates do is be on their personal cellphones and sit in the back, not so friendly anymore

Horrible experience !!!! Cutomer service was horrible , staff is miserable lazy does not want to work every drink was hot ! not one refrigerator works . I bought 12 items and was told to put it in my arms because they no longer do bags to put the items u buy in . I will never ever shop at this store again extremely rude, horrible service !! Go to gnc or shop online !!! Why waste your time going in here
