I've been going here for years since it's opened. They have gone through different cashiers but the one they have now is the worst. Tries overcharging me for things I buy every week for years. Suddenly the prices went up $20+ on some things. The last time I haggled price with him & agreed to spend $5 more for my products, he took the money & went in the back he didn't even put it in the register. I will have to drive out to the ashburn store for my stuff now.

Great service and huge choice of everything. Great place for vapers and hookah lovers. The prices are great as well, I highly recommend this place

Wonderful experience and extremely generous! Their selection is comprehensive and will meet every need you have. But what days THV apart is their supreme customer service. Staff was appropriately engaging and willing to help me find out exactly how to fulfill what i was looking for. These people are experts in their field and know how to treat you right. I will be coming back here next time and wish them continued success.

I absolutely love this particular vape shop. The two gentlemen that seem to always be working are amazing and that is an understatement. Both of them have the most amazing customer service. I always feel so welcomed. I’m not treated as just another customer but more as a person. Makes me want to stick around and hang out. It doesn’t feel like a store it’s different ,it has the best atmosphere. They always go above and beyond. They locked me as a future customer the very first time I walked through the door and it’s been great since. The prices are even great compared to others.
