In town for a single day for business and was nearby for lunch. My friends with me from Japan speak very little English so I was expecting to be translating. We found the tobacco liquid they were looking for in a few options. It was a nice surprise when the gentleman helping us used some Japanese and everyone was smiling. This was way beyond expectations. Thank you again for helping us.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, MY FRIEND CAME IN & BOUGHT A $25 “ELF Bar Vape” for me so she could not try it in the store, once it got to me I puffed it 3 times & it stopped working. I charged it and it still didn’t work. I called the shop & informed the MALE manager & his tone & response to me was very rude & nasty.

I bought two Ooze batteries on separate occasions (in May and Aug 2021) and neither battery came with a serial number. There was no scratch off card and nothing was etched on the product itself. I went to the store and brought it up to the nice gentleman after the pen's threading wore off prematurely and the lack of serial number. He opened a brand new battery off the shelf, and it too, did not have a serial number. His response was for me to contact Ooze. After a couple of email exchanges and photo submittals, Ooze determined that both batteries were counterfeits! Fortunately, Ooze emailed me a prepaid shipping label and replaced the batteries free of charge. Bottomline: While the staff is generally nice (though not always friendly), be wary of counterfeit products!
