I just had to let yall no, this store has the best customer service. It's very clean, well stocked, and I highly recommend! The manager Katie really knows her stuff. She spent a lot of time with me because I was having a little bit of issues with my card. Everyone is very kind and pleasant. If you're anywhere near this area, definitely stop in! I come down this way once a month with my job. So other than my true leave in brooksville, this is now definitely my second favorite store! Thank you all very much for such a pleasant experience. On my recent visit, I handed the cashier $25 in cash for a purchase that totaled $12.50. Instead of giving me my $12.50 change, the receipt shows they only rang up $5 in cash and pulled the rest from my points leaving $20 of my cash completely unaccounted for. In other words, they kept my money and used my rewards points. When I came back into the store at 8:45 PM, while they still had customers inside, I was told they “couldn’t open the cash register back up.” Instead of fixing the issue, I was told to come back the next day and deal with another manager. The following day, I spoke with Scott a GM at this location who only told me he would “put in a ticket to corporate,” even though I clearly had the receipt showing the discrepancy. That’s not accountability. From my understanding, Katie is also a manager, and if a manager can mishandle a basic transaction like this, it raises serious concerns about this store’s integrity. This feels like a dirty game being played with customers’ money and loyalty points, and it needs to be investigated. If you shop here, check every receipt carefully because trusting this staff with cash or credits could cost you.

I used to enjoy coming , wait times are starting to climb and become an inconvenience. If they pay staff more and focus more on retention. It would help improve the flow greatly. But everytime I visit there is someone new or they are under staffed unfortunately. Hope things improve. If so I'll change my review

Every single staff member is SO nice and welcoming, I can’t express that enough, they’re funny but also efficient. The store is always clean and organized. They definitely keep the store going smoothly.

I have been to so many dispensaries but Trulieve is really the truth. The staff here have been more than accommodating whenever I have an issue. I seem to always get Danny and his knowledge always puts me at easy with my purchase. Andrew has to be a manager because he has this place running so efficient. Great energy and communication always.
