This place got dat good stuff!! I live locally and I like coming here pretty often, the budtenders are super cool and friendly. I never felt awkward ordering here and I usually see Charles every time I come around. Love the hippy vibes he gives off, always friendly and smiling. I went into Trulieve and was completely alone in the store for about five minutes before anyone even came out to the lobby. It felt strange and unprofessional — no greeting, no acknowledgment, just silence for several minutes. The crazy part is they had all that merchandise sitting out on the shelves that I could’ve easily have stolen and ran off with. That made the whole situation feel unsafe and poorly managed.

What’s the point of placing an order online and putting yourself in the waiting queue just for them to not go by the list and have to wait 20-30 minutes. On 12/8 it was three workers at registers just playing around when it’s a line of people waiting! The service at this location has went down tremendously! Do better !

Very good service, staff was friendly. Was able to find what i needed and even got a few great recommendations from Charles. Im gonna be coming back.

I am still new to this world but this specific dispensary is my absolute favorite.. Between the staff and the great sales, I am always happy when I leave here.. Update!! It's still my favorite location.. I have been forced to go to other locations and always wish I had come here..

Pros: This location is great for having variety of selections! Cons: Avoid "Stephanie " girl at cash register has a Psycho, Ghetto Rude, Worst Baby Momma Drama Attitude. Terrible customer service!!!

On April 16th, I placed an order based on a sale that was advertised on the Trulieve website. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that the advertised discount could not be applied to the strains I had selected. Upset about the false advertising that brought me in that day, I asked to speak with the manager. I then pulled up the ad on my phone (image attached) and showed the manager. She agreed that the ad on the website was incorrect and stated that it was different than the one she had received from corporate. In the end, she was still not willing to honor the advertised price. I was instructed to contact corporate if I wanted to file a complaint, which I did, after cancelling my orders and leaving the store. When I called to file a complaint, I was told that I would hear back within 24 hours. I still have not received a response from you or returned to your store.

This is the best Trulieve location. The new website and rewards program is awesome. My favorite Trulieve location. The wait is always minimal and great sales. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always order online and my orders are always packaged in a timely manner and ready for me to pick up. Great job staff!!

Horrible customer service!!!! They had my order ready and I checked in. I walk through the doors at 8:32pm and they told me that they can not help me because they close at 8:30pm. When there was no other customers there. They told me to come back tomorrow. I own a business and would never treat my customers like that. If the door is unlocked you provide customers service. Not kick your customers out!
