Great team, great staff — Michelle is absolutely the best. Pittsburgh was in the middle of a massive snowstorm and the city was pure chaos, but stopping into Trulieve felt like a calm blessing on a hectic day. Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to actually listen, answer questions, and explain everything in a way that made sense. I prefer this store over all the others. Their whole team is awesome — very caring, very pleasant, and truly makes the experience enjoyable.

Parking can be tricky during the day, but it’s super convenient for late hours, walking, or public transportation. The staff and positive energy make it totally worth it (:
