I’ve been coming to this location for MANY years!! Trulieve as a company is making strides in the industry! Love em or hate em! They have quality products and at a great price point! My “old reliable”. What sets this location apart though is the entire team at this location. I have at some point dealt with or said hello to almost or maybe everyone! Greyson is an amazing budtender. He knows me and my flavor profile. I regularly get things just because he mentions them! Or he’ll curate my entire order! I’ll keep shopping here because of Greyson and the gang. Thank you guys for making all my experiences so enjoyable!

If you go in a few times they get to know your name and then it just feels like your place. They really do take good care of everybody. And I've never had any errors or other reasons to complain. Every member of the team that I have met, I believe, is exceptional at their job. From what I can see, they're executing everything really well. So, service - check, attitude - check, atmosphere - check, and quality products - check. It's made this my #1 go-to dispensary.

I normally visit trulieve closer to home but the person that helped me today went above and beyond his name is Grayson I believe from seeing his name tag but he was competent , suggestive which helped me save time and money ! Thank You to Grayson

I’ve been a Trulieve customer for about four years now, and I can honestly say this is the best location I’ve ever visited. Not only is their product consistently amazing, but the team here is what really sets this place apart. Everyone is super cool, welcoming, and always ready to help or answer any questions. They even greet multiple customers by name — myself included — which really shows how much they care about building relationships with their regulars. It feels great walking into a place where you’re genuinely remembered and appreciated. This is hands down my favorite dispensary. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and an even better experience.

I purchased an eighth of flower on New Year’s Eve and later realized it was shorted. I returned to the store with the original container and receipt, but the employee refused to help or offer a exchange. Very disappointing, especially as a regular customer. Hoping Trulieve takes this seriously and improves their customer service.
