TRULI DISAPPOINTED! Location closed early “Due to weather” but did not put any notice on their website nor answering machine. I spent $65 on an Uber for the location to be closed. I completely understand the safety of the employees but there should be consideration and consistency for patients. This was a huge inconvenience and caused me to waste money that could’ve been saved if the company simply communicated the early closing besides just a note on the door.

Truelive dispensary is one of the best places in the city to get medical marijuana. It's always very fresh here and the carts that I have gotten so far have been a hit. Also not a huge bubble like a lot of the carts have when you get them. The concentrates are very good as well. Potent and tastes amazing. I highly recommend this dispensary.

Not a good experience for me. They messed up my account then preceeded to say my card wasn't valid. I was waiting over 40 minutes when they again asked for my patience. At the point I said "do I have a choice?" and then tattoo necked girl interjected: She told I I was free to leave!" Wow! As it turns out they messed up. I waited well over and hour. It was my 3 visit and after all that the Grey haired boss lady said no to it. How un-cool. What buzz kill.

Kris is awesome (along with the rest of the employees!!!) I always have such a nice conversation with her while checking out, and great recommendations on products. 10/10 customer service!✨

I’ve been a regular at this dispensary, but my recent experiences with the manager, Dustin, have completely changed my view. His behavior has been consistently unprofessional and unfriendly, to the point where it makes the environment uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Customer service matters—especially in a medical dispensary—and interactions with him feel dismissive and awkward instead of respectful or helpful. On top of that, his conduct toward female customers felt uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness, which really crossed a line for me. This experience alone makes me hesitant to return, and I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere if nothing changes. It’s disappointing, because the shop itself has potential, but management sets the tone—and right now, that tone is pushing customers away.
