Best customer service EVER! The employee's and managers (I believe she was) customer service skills should be studied and implemented in every customer service field in Anchorage. The two problems I had, were taken care of swiftly and painless. I just cant say enough great things about the team that works this store. Thank you and great job!

Chris was pleasant and helpful. Price's we're fair. Great hour's as we arrived in Anchorage after 8pm and needed to eat first. Will be back for Thursday's edibles specials.

I have to say that the friendliness of the staff is the best experience I've had at a dispensary, I should have gotten the budtender's name but she was awesome. Their stock is probably the widest array of supplies you'll find in Anchorage, in fact that is why I went there. The ONLY issue I had was that the EVOD product I purchased didn't come with any instructions so maybe a sheet could be printed off, or maybe I'm just dumb and missing something. Regardless, this is gonna be my go-to place while working here over the summer. Thanks guys!

BEWARE! I went in to look at their menu and there was one guy who was servicing me. I went in and was polite and friendly and was met with attitude and rudeness. I instantly realized he was an old (pot-head) man who can't handle their THC anger. His body language and communication were a major tell. I told him I didn't like his attitude (and him being in an industry where you are suppose to service people he should ALWAYS have decent customer service, regardless of what day and mood he has) he yelled "I'm not here to make friends!" I didn't go in looking for friends, but to be nice and be a potential patron of this company. I was taken aback because I've been to a lot of dispensaries in town, and this place was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. He physically assaulted me, pushing me out of the doors by my coat collar. A passerby witnessed the whole assault and comforted me afterward. If you are trying to find herb free of hate and violence and bad energy, do not come here. Very saddened and traumatized by this establishment's environment and services. I've provided a blurry picture of the man who physically assaulted me. I will be telling my community and other herb enthusiasts about how I was treated at this particular establishment.

The front caught my eye with the decor and creative signage. The guys inside were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was more like hanging with a new friend as we decided on the evening’s treats. The walk up service window in the lobby looked great for the quick locals but I enjoyed the personal service and care inside the display room.
