I've been a long time patient of Urban Wellness (for nearly as long as they've been open) and so having to write this review is something I've been incredibly reluctant to do, and even waited to hear back from Urban to respond to an email I sent regarding my experience with the Paradise location's manager and product. I've heard nothing and so I can only assume that Urban Wellness isn't taking legitimate complaints seriously. Over the years I've visited several locations, and one that I visited regularly was the Paradise location. The main reason I went to this store was its location as I had moved to this side of town, but also because of how incredibly kind and welcoming they were to myself and my dog Jupiter. When Urban Wellness stared selling it's "live frozin" cartridges I was extremely excited and spent several hundred dollars on the product. I started noticing some very concerning inconsistencies with the volume of the product and attempted to bring my concerns to the location's manager Mike. While he never wanted to take the time to examine the cartridges himself, he initially tried to help out with discounts albeit with some very distinct passive aggressive tones. I continued to purchase the cartridges despite the obvious irregularities, but after a couple of additional purchases in which the amount of product differed so badly that there was no less than 1/3 of the cartridge empty ,and I was being gaslighted by one of the budtenders(she actually asked me if I had dumped any of the cartridges out to weigh the amount of distillate in them to test my theory) I felt it was necessary to try and talk to Mike directly again after my last purchase at his location. On this occasion he was completely indignant and made it clear that his location would no longer be doing anything to try and make up for the product's lack of consistent volume, and to make matters worse, when I asked if he would at least be willing to look at the cartridge or let me send him a photo(illustrated here) he refused and said that he didn't need to see the cartridge, because he had plenty in the store to reference. He implied that there were issues with my integrity, and turned into a repetitive corporate robot of a human being , saying over and over that he'd done nothing wrong and that all the activities of the store were recorded. This was hand's down the most disappointing experience I've ever had with any dispensary, let alone Urban Wellness.. I received additional confirmation and validation of my suspicion about the product's volume from nearly every other Urban location... and still, nothing from Urban Wellness to illustrate that they care about patients getting a consistent, reliable product. The direction this particular store's taken since the recreational threshold was crossed has been less and less fun and under the management of Mike, but additionally now seems to completely lack in good business integrity. These pictures were taken shortly after purchase when I'd left the store and opened them up to see for the first time.

This place is really great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ean is always super helpful! He makes great recommendations based off of what I’m looking for. The product and service is what keeps me coming back.

Every time I come in here, there’s some sort of issue. First they sold me disposables that break before they end and then they didn’t wanna exchange them at first. Then the guy sold me a sativa even though I specifically told him I need Indica or hybrid before my pain, then when I brought it back, he tried to say I tampered with it and wasn’t trying to exchange it at first. And now today I go and they have a sale on two of the waxes a half G for $28 and a full & a full G for $35 which is $63. Then the guy tries to argue with me because they tried charging me $73 and he said that that was the discount and told his manager that I was asking for a bigger discount. No I was just asking asking for you to honor the prices you have displayed on the screen right behind you. I don’t understand why they always give me issues as if I don’t go in there and spend money almost every other day. The good thing is that they at least try resolving the issue after I calls a big enough commotion, but if I wouldn’t of stood up for myself, I would’ve just walked out of the door being overcharged, which isn’t right.

Had an amazing experience! Went for my birthday freebie & got even more than what I came in for!!! Glen was so helpful & awesome by recommending the soft serve which was the best!!! For sure coming back!!!

Woah you know what I love this place beyond imagination they hook it up they have good flower all the time I posted something I didn't like and they fixed it in a instant best service hands down best flower, concentrates and edibles I highly recommend coming here 10/10
