Everything you've come to love and expect from Whatever. Along with probably the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Bought a new device to try. Didn't work out of the box. They exchanged it for me and helped me get what I wanted working how I wanted with absolutely no problem and smiles and jokes all along the way. Special props to Lauren who managed to upsell me well and DID NOT disappoint.

Glad they have a shop in MS it has to be a one of kind store for this part of the world. Great selection they have EVERYTHING you could hope for in a smoke shop. I have been a couple of times. Today I stopped in to pick up a couple gifts for a smoker in my life. I got a pair of socks and a tee shirt that you definitely won't find anywhere else. It cost a little more than I would have wanted, but for one of kind merchandise it's a deal. The people are informative and helpful and nice every time!

I just happened upon this COOL Shop af i left my Dentist office in the same lot, not knowing what it was about. Although I'm not the mainstream customer, as most of the products they carry are not what I partake in; I did have a FUN time picking out a plethora of the coolest stickers & a soft, well-made Zeppelin tee! 😎 (👀 pix). I was welcomed by a really nice guy, Austin. He was so personable, helpful & professional! 5 stars for the FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE found in this shop that was clearly out of my element. They do not discriminate - they welcomed 50yo me in my Beatles tee. TY Austin for being the COOL nice guy you are! I have my eye on another rock tee & tye dyed tank... but it's you AUSTIN who made me feel so welcome to come back!😃👍
